All About You employees are carefully screened and meet or exceed our pre-employment criteria:
- Criminal background check
- Positive ID for Immigration and Naturalization (I-9) verification
- At least two positive references from previous employers and personal references if necessary
- CPR certifications required for all Nurses
- Current physical screening for communicable diseases
- TB screening
- Current and good standing licensure or certifications within the state
- Over 12 hours of in-services yearly
- An employee supervisor is available to our employees 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- Quality Assurance Program spot checks employee performance with our quarterly clinical record review.
